Corporate Training that rewires habits, not just fills seats

Most training programmes vanish from memory within a fortnight. Ours embed new behaviours through deliberate practice loops, peer accountability, and evidence-based design — so your investment shows up in performance data, not just attendance sheets.

Our methodology is not a slide deck

We follow a five-phase arc that mirrors how adults actually acquire and retain complex skills. Each phase has a measurable exit criterion before we advance.

Phase 01

Diagnostic mapping

We interview stakeholders, shadow teams, and review existing performance data to pinpoint the precise behavioural gaps — not just the symptoms your managers describe. This phase typically takes five working days and produces a gap-heat map your leadership team can act on immediately.

Phase 02

Curriculum architecture

Using spaced-repetition science and cognitive load theory, we design learning modules that fit into real workweeks. No three-day off-site marathons that drain budgets and attention. Instead, we build 90-minute practice blocks distributed over several weeks, each with embedded retrieval exercises.

Phase 03

Facilitated immersion

Our facilitators are former operators — people who have managed P&Ls, led engineering squads, or run clinical teams. They teach through scenario-based simulations drawn from your actual business context, not generic case studies from a textbook.

Phase 04

Peer accountability loops

Between sessions, participants form triads that meet weekly for fifteen-minute check-ins. Each triad has a structured protocol: one win, one stuck point, one commitment. This social scaffolding is where most of the real behaviour change happens, outside the classroom entirely.

Phase 05

Outcome measurement

At 30, 60, and 90 days post-programme, we measure skill application through manager-rated behavioural assessments and self-reported confidence indices. You receive a detailed impact report comparing pre- and post-programme baselines with statistical significance testing.

What a typical engagement looks like

Week 0 — Diagnostic call

A 45-minute conversation with your HR lead and one senior sponsor. We listen more than we talk. By the end, we will have a preliminary hypothesis about where the highest-leverage skill gaps sit and whether we are the right fit for your organisation.

Weeks 1–2 — Discovery and scoping

We conduct stakeholder interviews, review engagement survey data, and observe team rituals. Our scoping document outlines learning objectives, success metrics, timeline, and investment — no hidden costs, no scope creep clauses.

Weeks 3–4 — Curriculum build

Our instructional designers build bespoke materials anchored in your company language, real scenarios, and strategic priorities. You review and approve everything before a single session is delivered.

Weeks 5–10 — Delivery and practice

Facilitators deliver learning blocks on-site or via our virtual studio. Between sessions, participants complete application challenges in their actual roles, supported by peer triads and a dedicated Slack channel.

Weeks 11–14 — Measurement and handover

We administer post-programme assessments, compile the impact report, and run a debrief with your leadership team. We also hand over facilitation guides so your internal L&D team can sustain the programme independently.

Questions we hear often

We work best with cohorts of eight to twenty participants. Smaller groups allow deeper practice and richer peer feedback. If you have a larger population, we run multiple parallel cohorts with staggered start dates so facilitator quality stays high.

Yes. About forty percent of our engagements are fully virtual, and another thirty percent are hybrid. Our virtual sessions use breakout-room simulations, live polling, and asynchronous video assignments to maintain engagement levels comparable to in-person delivery.

Investment varies by scope, but a standard ten-week programme for one cohort generally falls between £18,000 and £35,000. That includes diagnostic research, curriculum design, facilitation, peer-triad infrastructure, and the 90-day impact report. We do not charge per-head; the price covers the full programme regardless of cohort size within our recommended range.

We use a modified Kirkpatrick framework extended to Level 4. At baseline, we capture behavioural frequency ratings from managers and self-assessments from participants. At 30, 60, and 90 days, we repeat these measures and calculate effect sizes. For clients who share commercial data, we also correlate training completion with productivity or retention metrics.

We do, but we are transparent: a single session rarely produces lasting behaviour change. If a keynote or half-day workshop is what you need — for a conference, leadership offsite, or awareness campaign — we will design it with built-in follow-up nudges so the ideas have a better chance of sticking beyond the event itself.

Our studio is in Long Heaney, Northern Ireland, but our facilitators deliver programmes across the UK, Ireland, and Western Europe. For virtual engagements, geography is irrelevant — we have worked with teams spanning five time zones from a single cohort.

Start with a conversation

The diagnostic call is free, lasts 45 minutes, and comes with zero obligation. We will ask about your team, your challenges, and your definition of success. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you — and point you toward someone who is.
